my mum nver hd an easy life, a choice of bad men, an hard times. i was a hard child, so was my elder brother, she did what she could, struggled through, like most mums. she was my rock tho, loved my kids unconditionally, and me, allthough i never admitted it untill now, wed fell out, but on mothers day, i turned up an we spent the day together. a few days later i turned up, unnanounced, she played with the boys, had a really good time. i promised to take them bk 4 easter, as i allways did. then i got that dredded visit. id spent the nite talkin bout her! couldnt take it in. shed never bin ill, that i new, there she is, in the hospital, gone. my mum, my friend, my rock!
